Steve, it seems to me if SNDV wanted to sell they would go on the
bid as you said. As you say, they know they influence the stock
(they would have to be total morons not to know that). But why go
on the ask at all? Why not sell through another mm? On the surface
they bought all the way up to 7 3/8 before and they never went on
the ask at all. So am I to assume they rode this stock all the way
back to 5 17/32? I don't think so. That just seems too stupid to
me.

But just the opposite logic would make sense. If they wanted to
buy, why not go on the ask to hold the price down so they could
accumulate the stock at or below $7? That is what I think they
were doing, buying not selling.

Otherwise, I don't think the stock would be acting so strong. It
most certainly wants to go above $7.
