Here is Ms. Overstreet's response to questions I e-mailed per
earlier posts:

1) Of the nearly 25 million shares outstanding, about half are closely held,
the rest are considered in the "public float."

2) We are progressing with Key Tronic. We hope to see product available this
summer. As soon as they are ready to announce, will do so.

3) There has been no major change in institutional holdings to report on.

4) The financial services market looks good. We are working closely with
Unisys on several opportunities and will report on these in due time.
