PII and PIII Xeon server shipments, especially 4 way, very pleasing. Expect 8 way later this year. These also help GMs a lot.

*edit for another analyst's question. 8 way ship delay "about a quarter and a half", to ship in 3Q.

Very fast transition from PII Xeon to PIII Xeon. This is obviously excellent, more $$, up to $3,500 for top PIII Xeon.
