In 1992 the CPSC was informed that certain Lennox furnaces were killing and disabling people. Later a civil trial confirmed this notice. They have done nothing in 7 years. This is not a question of legislating safety. Nor is it an invitation to litigation. It is your tax dollars not working. It is people sitting on their asses waiting to be pushed into action. It is a perfect example of apathetic excusemongering by those that give up on the fix. This is not governmental as much as it is human indecency. No publicity, no action. It is also, at this point in time, criminal.
