Hmmm 1st off the bickering.....Lets just say a difference in opinions. There has been no press releases by the company and it made a few jumpy. (The company is said to be in a quiet period) With regards to the maybe IPO what we know from the companies shareholder circular of Feb 1, 99. Is that Lehman Brothers was hired. As Per Circular: Egagement of Lehman Brothers as Financial Advisors Over the past year, we have positioned ourselves as a leader in the very high-growth business of Internet service provision, with a view to significantly enhancing shareholder value. We have also recently engaged the prestigious investment bank Lehman Brothers, to assist in raising necessary capital for our rapid expansion and to review various financing strategies, including the possibility of an Initial Public Offering of the Company's Common Stock. Our prospects have never been greater. We will write to you again to provide greater detail surrounding our intentions in this regard.
