Adding Peter Howe to your board of directors is VERY substantial, although they decided not to go ahead with it for the time being. He is one of the most highly respected people in the business. He started ACA Howe International, a very well known mining consultant firm. He has found deposits, and is now the president of Diadem Resources, which is a company with excellent projects. Peter will be helping out Celtic anyway, as he is a shareholder.
