Doug,

I also expect small rate hike is discounted in market but no
compelling reason yet to buy more SMTL, dont really expect
significant upward moves next week anyhow unless Fed decides
to do nothing, also no news expected, so no harm presumably in waiting (I still have "core" holding anyhow) and I see some other possibilities elsewhere. My guess is SMTL may begin to move again 2nd half of 97 (barring depressed overall market) as earnings gains possibility becomes more clear
So may wait and see if SMTL drifts down at any time below 11
