Floyd - That 262 probably excludes street name holders. In other words, everyone whose ZSUN shares are held by Charles Schwab is counted as "one" stockholder, "Charles Schwab & Co." You'd need the DTC list to get the names of all Schwab account holders who own ZSUN. -Eric
