I talked to LONE IR, Jayne Davis, today in order to catch up on whatever might have happened with the company when I was in AK that I missed. I mentioned to her that shortly before I went on my trip someone posted here a belief that the only way for LONE to force the short sellers to cover their positions once and for all and to prevent them from engaging in shorting activity against LONE in the future would be for LONE to receive a court order with those requirements. Mrs. Davis said that LONE management was very interested in learning about any other companies that had used this strategy successfully against illegal short sellers. Whoever made that post also said that a well known SI personality using the moniker GA Bard may know of such a company. I found GA Bard's thread and posed this question to him. I also invited him to join us here on the LONE thread if he were so inspired and that he would be welcome.
