TXCI closed strong. Should go much higher. Stock closed very strong today after great news this morning. CEO scheduled a conference call on 7/22. Penny stocks don't usually schedule conference calls unless they have a good story to tell. I expect more good news as the call approaches. Stock should move higher on speculation of what the CEO might say. May see some resistance at $1 (old high). If it breaks through that it should run a lot higher. This looks similar to past runs by this stock where it always ran right through the old highs. For those who are unfamiliar with this company, here is a link to their web site.
