ATHM management sees they aren't going to meet the subscriber numbers the bulls are hoping for, so they use their stock to purchase a portal to transform themselves into an E-commerce play. It all fits together. Meanwhile, all the early ATHM bulls - I was one - find a bloated company that has apparently lost direction. MIKE
