Cobalt, I probably didn't make myself clear.. I know your clients contact you.. but our society and even the attorney's themselves seem to overly encourage the contact for the most simplistic of reasons.. How many times have we all heard, "get an attorney".. For things that could be handled themselves. I think it is because no one wants to take responsibility for anything.. Now, moving on.. This same example can be taken to the medical field, "consult your physician" before getting on the slowest treadmill, before starting the easiest of exercise.. with the slighest cough.. or belly ache. etc And this is because we can pass the blame from ourselves if by the smallest of chances, something happened... BTW, I blame our medical crisis on ourselves because we abuse the system by overloading it with junk cases.. maybe also, no offense, the court system too. We live for experts, Manage your money, manage your health, and so on.. Maybe it is my background but I grew up where we had to do a lot ourselves and take resposibility for it.. I still think Pogo was right about who the enemy is.. Thank you and good evening... Coug
