Dave, According to the E-mail from Howard Burris to Fred Kaye that Fred posted here on May 28, at that time Burris was expecting to hear something from the major international firm that SMS has an R&D agreement with by the middle of August. Burris stated in the e-mail that, “we have every reason to be confident that our part of this R&D effort will work well within the customer's operating requirements”. Byron
