Seroiusly,this is a very large investment to help initiate a website for pets;a$23billion a year business and it appears to me that Petopia.com will be numero Uno on the web.I'm not certain what the % invested by EKP represents in shares of Petopia but I'm sure it will be one of their most rewarding.
