Michelle, the wisper was 0.45 to 0.44. Have you read MOT press release?? The scan is a scan I do not argue or defend the scan results. Aside MOT report is very interesting <G> they got WS religion. The number in the news is not the real number as usual. MOT earned 0.33 cents a share and if you compare their sales growth it is anemic compared with the industry. Only 7% year over year. I think Industry growth is north of 11% or 13% As to profitability excluding all the MK business and real margins are about the same only they have more A/R outstanding, more A/P outstanding and more "Other liabilities" of $3,740 million v. $ 2,433 million as of Dec. 31,1998 (so we can handle it as it is only $1.3 billion in liabilities growth between friends <GG>)and the list goes on. ROI capital is an anemic 3.6% better treasury bonds <GG> As an icing on the cake we have the Iridium issue oh well several billions there also. BWDIK Haim
