looks like they must ask for a hearing before the end of July 22 or else delisting, according to the April Edgar SEC filing. The news finally posted at 5 PM on Yahoo. Maybe we will get a boost on CLRT in the morning. I wonder why anyone would be buying FTRK at this time. Are some people expecting the merger to fail ? Or just plain uninformed. A one-for-one stock exchange. Therefore CLRT at 7/8 is cheaper than FTRK at 1.25
