Barbara,

In previous experiences although my shares were held by a broker in street name---what my understanding is that the brokers I deal with automatically forward any/all information to me issued from companies. Every so often my Broker sends me a form asking that I complete certain information--such as do I want to receive company issued information, be kept on a mailing list etc.-----it might be that it takes longer to process as I live in Canada.
