ADI Technologies appoints Dave Anand as director Tue 13 Jul 99 News Release Mr. Jean Monroe reports Dave Anand has consented to serve as a director and has been appointed to the board of directors. Mr. Anand brings over 20 years of experience in management, engineering, product development and marketing, specific to high speed network data communications. Over his successful career, Mr. Anand worked for notable companies such as NCR, ITT, and GTE in areas related to intelligent network services for wire-line and wireless applications. Remaining active in his specialized field as a consultant to major telecommunications participants, he is currently involved in developing marketing and product specifications for integral broadband technologies such as Universal DSL, ADSL, SDSL, VDSL and HDSL. ADI is excited to welcome Mr. Anand to its board and looks forward to his active participation with management for defining future product development specifications and marketing strategies that will make the company's products even more competitive for the coming broadband audio/video applications.
