Al, i think post techstocks.com and techstocks.com support my belief,
basicly sales are down so the growth rate does not justify the high PEs. The general downward momentum should continue untill there is a series of good earning reports; if things improve for the industry (not likely with the rate increase) it would still take two strong quarters to restore investor confidence.

That, of course, is only my opinion. I never try to find the top or bottom, just try to ride a few points either direction in the middle.
