WGNR info (taken from Yahoo "profile"): Float = 8.3million; EPS is POSITIVE at 8cents/share to date; Cash/sh = 66cents; BV=$1.67; Price=$1.625

Notes:
1. yr on yr growth not maintained in '99 due to large order in '98 with FOX
2. co has made profits for a number of years (I guess that's bad in in today's environment)
3. By Nov'99 and mid'2000, the US gov't requires broadcasters to service 30 and most major markets, respectively with digital broadcasting. WGNR is at the forefront of digital transmission.
4. Co has bot some of the shares in its buyback and re-iterated recently it intends to continue with the remainder

By the end of 1999/Jan 2000, I would expect the stock price to be higher and if the digital broadcasting sector moves up, that should add a further kick to the co, imo
