No, what I am saying is that it no rumor it is in the prospectus for all to see and no big secret for those who have read it,in Cayman Islands one pays no taxes that includes individuals and corporations,sort of like the reason why most of the steamships of the world is registered in Cypress or Liberia or something,what is wrong with that? Why is it that most U.S companies are Incorporated in Delaware,eh?

This is how it reads:

"China.com Corporation ("the Company) is an Asian Internet company
delivering content,community and commerce through its Portal Network targeted to Chinese language audience.....etc etc

The Company was incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands in June 1997......etc etc'
