I forgot to tell our thread that I had spoken to Panorama late last week and they told me two things of importance.

1) Kabila was quoted as saying that if his rebels and movement was successful in taking charge of Zaire in the coming months, that all business agreements that were signed with the previous government would be honoured.

2) Panorama is finalizing another deal that is not in Zaire and will be announcing this shortly. If all rumours are true, they may be announcing something in Tanzania.
