ALL, First, I guess when I called $34 last year, when COOL was trading at $6, there were the naysayers. But,
alas, I was proven right. I will be proven right again.

Some facts:

COOL now has over $900,000 in revenue per employee. A very impressive metric at this stage of this
young dynamic company.

COOL achieved 21 turns in inventory last fiscal.

COOL has already invested in technology infrastructure systems which will enable COOL to nearly double
revenue without any additional costs in this area. Truly impressive.

COOL is positioned in the center of one of the largest and fastest growing segments of internet commerce.
An undisputable fact.

Forecasted growth in the small office/home office sector is expected to increase 6 FOLD by 2002. This
directly from Jupiter Communications. Combine this with the explosive growth of consumer electronics,
which COOL is now JUST starting to get into, you can add another 10 billion in market size.

COOL now has programs with over 50,000 affiliate partners. This is just one form of scalability folks!

COOL has one of the largest selections available, over 160,000 items!

COOL has already reached an impressive revenue rate of over 130 million dollars, and they are JUST
beginning to build their brand.

Now, its been proven that PC and electronic retailers can make money. It only takes a bit of vision, to see
that E-Commerce offers much more scalability at much lower costs. If this is proven true, COOL will
prosper.

The debate should be on whether there will be successful Etailers. Yes or no. If one can envision yes, then
the next step is to pick the most likely companies to succeed. Outpost.Com imo, is one of these companies.

And yes, COOl represents only a small portion of my holdings. The fun though, is being the one who
correctly sees what the naysayers don't.

And, I also have quite a following from several other investment ideas over the years. I got to keep them
happy!-g-

If you believe in etailing, then picking COOL to be one of the companies to succeed, is a pretty good
investment. Especially NOW!

And I mean NOW!

Good Trading, LF
