Their technology here is very closely guarded. When I was at their annual meeting last October, I asked Dr. Rav-Noy how this technology worked, and he answered something like "we're not about to tell you THAT!" and Ron Stange said "that's what LU would like to know". Hints in both NAC documentation and other stuff I have come across point to the same type of capability. <<If so, I wonder why Gilder doesn't mention MRVC.>> He probably hasn't penetrated our stealth technology data screen. <g> The Optical networking products referred to in that announcement last year are still not announced to my knowledge - I believe Noam said they were on schedule for the end of the year, but I have not had any further info on this for quite a while. When they are announced, they should make a visible splash - here's hoping.
