Something interesting for all Hitt longs. A local Telecommunications company here in Santa Barbara, Star Telecommunications, today was victorious in court with judgement against posters on the Yahoo board under the symbol STRX. A few of you might be familiar with it's CEO who had a 5 million dollar wedding with Jay Leno as Mcee, and Rod Stewart for entertainment. Judgements against the defendants included; A formal apology, never post another message on an internet site, fines [amount not stated], and jail time if terms of sentence are breached. One particular poster, Stephen Bruce, who's identity was obtained through a subpeona to Yahoo, was employed by a hedge fund, Weintruab Capital management of San Francisco, settled out of court, as did the company, the amount was undisclosed. This is why HITT is suing , JUSTICE will prevail!! If I was a BASHER, SHORTER, or PORN SUPPORTER, I would not feel to well right NOW! Get OUT while you can, before you get put IN!! CHEERS to ALL HITT LONGS!! P.S. My order was filled at 6 1/2. Let's see what happens the rest of the week!
