The Broward County decision could be a blessing in disguise.
This may accelerate the strategic alliance between Road Runner
and At Home. It's been rumored in the past that they don't intend
to merge in the immediate future. The open access issue may force them to do so.

Tomorrow could be a down day due to INTC as mentioned. That means most techs will go down and ATHM will not be singled out. If ATHM will not
significantly suffer tomorrow, this means that the current valuation
of ATHM has factor already the open access issue. This may start attracting investor since all the bad news had been out.

We all know that internet is the future and speed is the key. ATHM has the key ingredient. SPEED.

So I say, let's get it over with open access issue. What's dragging
this stock is the slow orchestrated open access vote county by county.
Broward County this week, SF next week, what's next?

Let's have a national open access vote in 1 day.
