Hi, Douglas. NMCOF looks like a buy to me. Here are my thoughts:

Today, NMCOF broke above a 12 week flat-base price structure (sideways price consolidation pattern) on high volume. The MACD indicator just signaled a buy in that it crossed over its signal line. The timing for a buy looks good because NMCOF's Stochastic indicator is in its mid range and heading up. Here's a price chart for NMCOF:

NMCOF has been in a steady up trend since mid-Octorber, 1998. The reason is that in the quarter ended Sep 30, 1998, NMCOF's current earnings per share went positive at 3 cents per share. Earnings for the quarter ended Dec 31 were also 3 cents. The big change came for the quarter ended Mar 1999 when earnings were 13 cents per share. I believe that earnings for the quarter ended Jun 30, 1999 should be announced soon.
