sounds like a good plan... you're bound to strike it big on at least 2 of those.. hopefully HRCT at least.. and maybe you won't have to wait til next year... but simply next month... lol hey Civic, have you heard anything concrete on a buyout of HRCT? Is MSFT someone that might be looking at them?? What if SNMM bought them out with all their newfound capital? jim
