Conner the number you see on the p and f charts tells you what month the action happened... ie 7,,, being july,,, by looking at the numbers you can get a feel for time period the chart pattern has taken to develop,,, on a flat day when a stock doesn't move enough to add an x,or reverse to o's, the chart doesn't change. Without the numbers, you really don't have any idea how long the time frame is to add x's or o's to the chart.
