My take is that the guidance means that PII revenues will switch over to PIII. Margin wise, it doesn't make too much sense for Intel to bring PIII prices too close to Celeron.

The Celeron cat is out of the bag. I don't see PIII taking over Celeron sales. The most recent Compaq Celeron design win is on their business systems (should have been PIII) and this, IMHO, is one example of Celeron growing faster than other chips.

Given that a lot of sell-side analysts have to cover their arses, I expect Q3 EPS forecasts to be a touch rosy at the beginning and I think that Q3 EPS estimates will go down as the quarter progresses.
