These are interesting times. To be a successful investor, it takes a certain amount of courage and believing in what you know. The Doom and Gloom analyst camp is pointing to Y2K, unavailability of workers for hire as reasons to not invest in this growth stock. My analysis tells me that although workers are sometimes in short supply, margins are going higher, Congress has made special provisions to allow more visas for tech workers, and, from my knowledge of working many years in the IS business, there are a lot of older workers and people that don't have the "exact" skill set to get a job. Companies are crying about not having enough workers, but there are plenty out there if they just provide a little bit of added training. I think CBR will be able to add significantly to their employee base. I love watching CBR go down, because I'm confident enough to buy more while the Street is overcome by their fear, paranoia, and lack of knowledge. I believe I'll profit handsomely on this. Good luck whatever your views.
