Joe, I was amazed to hear the Serbs were 10% of the population. This is on the order of Aparteid. Our country is what 40% non-white, non-european.

Those people had the power and information to get out of harm's way, the same is not true of their victims. There is no doubt atrocities had been, currently are, and will continue. Our mission was to break up a logjam that was flooding atrocities over the normal, bloody banks. We did. Should we do more for peace and prosperity there...not likely to happen much.

Overall, our country's mission there cancelled a great wrong. The little wrongs must be dealt with themselves.
