Hi Richard: Long time, The information that I have is on a past "MXR"

Nwes Rel. That on March 14, 1997 Mr R. Godwin President of MXR had purchased
stock to make his total holdings in the company 10%+. That day the stock was
trading from a low of Canada$ .46 to a high of .60 cents.

On the LFOC/LFNO issue there were some that were offered early stock from
a total of about 300,000 shares at a cost of $2.00 U.S. The stock was issued
and the certs. sent to each. The shares were offered in 5000 share blocks with
an max. of 10,000 shares, to some of the long term stockholders of the past company's
dealings.
