I haven't got the foggiest on how the street will treat the three one time charges but without it they beat the numbers easily. $2.60 - $2.43 = $.17. The conference call should be interesting.

The one statement that sticks out in the report was
Our goal is to continue our record of strong growth, achieving revenues in excess of $2 billion within four years through a programme of strategic and accretive acquisitions. And we will do this while remaining faithful to our benchmark 20 percent or better operating margins.
