I don't personally see any compelling reason to have the rate raised.
Where's the inflation? The way I prefer to play the business cycle is through zero coupon strips, where a rate downturn produces the windfall at no risk to capital. Late summer at earliest.

Aside from selling some Atml puts, my only position to take advantage of rate increase has been to move to cash until the dust settles. Not very adventuresome, but one I can deal with.
