Leap Wireless has new President

I took a look at the Cricket web site also and was struck by the statement that Cricket is a subsidiary of Leap Wireless. How can they get away with saying that prior to FCC approval? And why would they be hiring a president if they didn't have FCC approval?

I sure wish I knew why there was a delay in the announcement. My feeling is that it will come next week after the Q posts earnings. Don't know why I think that.
