Thanks for your input. I've actually tried the Tradescape program in the past (forgot to include it in my list), and found it a bit lacking. Mainly, it DOESN'T provide Level-2 data for OTC stocks -- plus, it's got a rather odd layout that doesn't make very efficient use of screen-space (at least, that's how it was the last time I checked -- I'll take another look, in case they've made changes).

Too bad it's so hard to find a program that combines all the best features at a fair price. As far as YOU'RE concerned, unless you share my particular problem I suspect that "myTrack" might be your best bet -- it's quite flexible in most ways, provides a lot of data, and at least offers "snap" (snapshot) L-2 quotes for OTC stocks if you subscribe to their L-2 service.
