Yes, they did, and the S-3 was for financing with Citadel. They issued 2000 shares of preferred stock, $4,000,000 of 8% convertible notes, and 300,000 warrants to purchase 300,000 shares of GUMM common. None of that stock is reflected in the number of outstanding shares.
