Michael,

I read the report and i thought it looked pretty good. I don't believe it took into account the decrease in shares after the buy back (is the intention to retire these shares thus decreasing the total number or just keep them in the treasury and just reduce the float?)

Also, in my opinion it is imperative that the price be north of 3.25 to attract new investors (because of retail margin rules of various canadian brokerage houses for their best clients).
