Here is some truth, Dan. On 3/31/96 GUMM had 3.45 million shares outstanding according to its own 10-Q. Then there 4.95 million at the end of 1996.

Today the float is 5.9 million and the total outstanding 7.25 million. So if Gumm sold 1.5 million in the IPO (Edgar doesn't have the original S-1), a lot more shares are now floating around the market. At a minimum, there are a million more shares in the float than there were in the total outstanding in December 1996.

Those are facts. Along with the fact that I have no position in GUMM yet. Please tell me if Yahoo, Edgar and StockSheet have faulty data.
