The Toronto-based Internet credit-checking software company announced yesterday it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to purchase Q-Inter Applications Inc., an enterprise project management and systems integration company. The company did not disclose the terms of the agreement, but said that it would include both cash and shares as payment. On Monday, Microforum finalized a five-year contract with Wm. Ward Publishing Ltd., the publisher of the Canadian Black Book guide of new and used vehicle information.
