(OTC BB: BLLS - news), a leading electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) service bureau, today announced is has signed an agreement with TransPoint that will enable billserv.com's biller customers to securely distribute bills to TransPoint's e-bill aggregation sites. TransPoint is a Microsoft Corp., First Data Corp. and Citibank joint venture company.
The agreement with TransPoint now gives billserv.com relationships with all of the first-tier EBPP consolidators, thereby strengthening billserv.com's leadership position in the EBPP service bureau market. For TransPoint, the agreement creates new opportunities to process more consumer bills through billserv.com's relationships with its current and future billers.
