We use the Spoos, as well. Most of our OEX trades use the Spoos to find nice entry points when we get a signal. The put/call ratios are indeed indicating that the market is set to roll-over. We don't trade the put-call ratios, but they do give excellent warning signs, especially the equity-only p/c ratio. Good luck with your trading.
