OT UMC was mentioned by NOvellus CEO on CNBC this morning as partnering with them in some copper-venture in order to differentiate themselvses. Significant? It looks like most of our value is now in UMC so if anyone has any info on that company and how it is doing and projected to do that would be highly useufl information. Novellus CEO seemed highly complimentary of Taiwanese foundry business., but then he is marketing to them.
