InMedia Announces Name Change to PhotoChannel Networks Inc.
VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 14, 1999-- PhotoChannel (ME:PNI. - news) InMedia Presentations Inc. (ME:IMD - news; the ''Company'') of Vancouver, British Columbia, and the developer of the PhotoChannel online photography community at www.photochannel.com, is pleased to announce that pursuant to a special resolution of its shareholders passed at the Annual General Meeting held March 29, 1999, the Company has changed its name to PhotoChannel Networks Inc.
Effective at the opening July 14, 1999, the common shares of PhotoChannel Networks Inc. will be posted and called for trading on the Montreal Exchange and the common shares of InMedia Presentations Inc. will be delisted.
The new trading symbol for PhotoChannel Networks Inc. is ''PNI''.
