Don't know much about the pricing or timing of this financing, but its definitely a very good development. Before a brokerage gives you $10000000 its obviously going to do due diligence, which certainly indicates that Thomson Kernaghan has great confidence in IVYNet's business model. News from Korea should take this stock to new highs and then lookout NASDAQ in the fall. GP6
