Jill, I've sure had a busy mailbox <g>. As far as the Porch is concerned, I'm pretty happy with the group there, and am burned out as a promoter; G&K took it all out of me. The real key to the index offering (the legal types have chastised me for calling it a private placement) is the price. If Q sells to them at the closing price on the effective date of addition to the s&p500, there should be no "cap" implications to the transaction, and no damage. I sure hope they play it that way. Meanwhile, earnings are looking verrrrry promising. Glad I've amused you, Jill, but even happier that I can drop the matter. Whew <vbg>. Frank
