Don't you think the price is getting ahead of itself.
1. They still have no means to manufacture anything.
2. The billboard is an unproven concept. Despite what the Outdoor Advertising Assocaition says this is not a good growth market.
3. They have these great contacts in the media markets who think the bilboardis "fantastic" but none of them are willing to buy one or sign an agreement to co-develop the markets so the company is going to make each sign "a business unit". Lots of capital wil be needed.
4. Where is the 35" $1K TV Yaniv promised tohave at the 1999 SID?
5. Why can't any of their partners be named?
6. The market cap of this company is approaching $150 million. They have zero sales. On the other hand Three Five Systems had sales of $31+ million last quarter made a profit and growt looks strong (25%+) and they have a market cap significantly less than this.
7. The interent site is amatuerish at best.
