Dear Bill: Kopin Corp out of Taunton Mass. I don't know if these fellows are listed on any exchange...it might be worthwhile calling them to find out what other companies do what they do: which is make specialty GaAs substrates. Kopin announced (EEtimes 17 Mar 1997) a tripling of GaAs substrates last year and is running shifts on a 24 hour schedule.....as I mentioned in my last postings...GaAs is the enabling technology of wireless: wireless is mushrooming and people are falling over themselves trying to enlarge GaAs fabs to meet demand/JDjZubA/
