Niles worries about 3Q99 have to do with his thinking that there is always a summer doldrums period in "the electronics business." He said something like that.

Niles better do his homework better. Yes, it's true that there is a well-documented summer slowdown. Unfortunately for his SELL recommendation, this slowdown is usually in the stocks by the first of July. The market is a discounting mechanism, which seems to be lost on Mr. Niles. He seems to be focused on the past while the rest of us are looking at the future.
